Mahé is divided into 4 areas:
Mahé North (Beau Vallon) and surrounding areas from the north-west and north-east coastline including Bel Ombre, Beau Vallon, Mare Anglaise, Glacis to North East Point. Beau Vallon is just a 7 minute drive from Victoria, the capital city. This is the heart of tourism, with the highest concentration of accommodation on Mahé.
Mahé Central (Victoria) includes all areas immediately in or within the vicinity of Victoria the capital city including Mont Fleuri, Bel Air and Sans Soucis. Victoria is a 15 minute drive from the Airport.
Mahé West & South covers all areas that require crossing over the mountain from Victoria through Morne Seychellois National Park and up to Port Launay or down towards Barbarons, Anse Boileau, Baie Lazare, Takamaka and Intendence.
