• Deposit Payment

1.  To make a booking, 30% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is charged to your credit card by La Reserve.

• Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy

31 days or more prior to arrival : At hotel's discretion

30 - 15 days prior to arrival : 55% of total booking amount

14 days or less (and No Shows) prior to arrival : 100% of total booking amount

It is the hotel's discretion what cancellation/change of booking fees will be applied, as well as bank charges and admin fees for any refunds made to credit cards.
